These bloomers are worked top down in rounds, i.e. from the waist cuff towards the legs.

From the leg cut-outs onwards, the front and back parts are worked separately in rows back and forth.
There are no seams except for a small seam at the crotch.

Those who have mastered the ”Three-needle-bind-off” technique, can use it quite well at this point and do not need to sew together at all. There are good tutorials on the Internet, please feel free to find the right one for you.
The straps are worked directly onto the panties.
